Just wanted to let you all know that we are doing well here and enjoying regular good nights of sleep (for the most part). It has been a week since Vineetha started sleeping for 7 hours and she has been smiling often for the last few days. We are enjoying both our little ones even as we face new challenges each day. Cameron had four days of training last week and he was gone from 7AM to 8:30PM for couple of those days...long days but God gave grace each day. We (Jo and the kids, that is) visited Angie and Katie too. It was my first time going out on my own. Thanks, Angie for all your encouragement and inviting me over. Vijay enjoys playing with Katie's toys. :) We even met up with Angie and Katie at Target to do some shopping the next day. I probably wouldn't venture to get out if it wasn't for Angie's encouragement. Anita visits me quite often too. Last week when Vineetha couldn't breathe b'cos she was choking after she woke up from her nap, Anita was there to care for Vijay while I was cleaning up her nose and mouth. God surely provides in so many ways.

I could break into a cheesy rendition of the song, "That's what friends are for...", but I'll spare you, ha ha. ;-) I thought it was interesting to note that the timing of Vineetha's longer sleeping at night and smiles seem to coincide. I think I smile more when I sleep longer, too. :-) That's scary about Vineetha choking...I'm so glad Anita was there to help out!
That is so wonderful that she is sleeping so well. Our little ones took a long time to sleep though. But then they were all so close that if one slept another one would wake. :) Ah Well, they are letting sort of sleep in these days. Good luck on the outings, they aren't easy, but they do help keep you sain when you are going to friends. Love you, Hang in there. Stacie
Good job making the effort to get out. I know it's a lot more work with two little ones, but I'm sure it helps those long days go by a bit faster.
