Ebenezer- Memorial Blog Post

Memorial: 1 Samuel 7:12 Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen called its name Ebenezer; for he said, “Till now the Lord has helped us.” Pastor Todd mentioned building memorials of God's faithfulness with those stones instead of throwing them at Jesus or at His faithful saints. And not be like Saul who approved of those who threw stones at Stephen the martyr. So this is a blog post of my memorial for God's faithfulness of 50 years on this earth.

Favorite Quote About Age"If life went on beyond death this question of how much longer one had to live just did not apply; if one had all eternity there was neither youth nor age to be considered." Page. 164 The Bird in the Tree by Elizabeth Goudge

We spent the day at Wooly Hollow, kids swimming with their cousins, Vijay fishing and BBQing hotdogs. Thankful for God's protection in getting Yohan out of the water when he lost footing in the water and flailed about. Thankful again for the healing of the wound after he stepped on a fishhook that same afternoon. It surely was an exciting day.
