At her two month Doctor's visit, Vineetha was 23" long (75th %), 9.11 pounds (25th %) and her head measured 38 3/4 cm (50 %). She is doing well and still sleeping 7 hours regularly. The doctor was little concerned that her head is narrow and he made us get an X-ray, so a two-hour doctors visit become a three-hour one. But praise the Lord that her head seems to be growing fine.
Anita and I went out for breakfast to Egg Plantation to celebrate her birthday. We enjoyed good food and good fellowship as well. Thanks to my husband for taking care of our little ones while I enjoyed a break.
Vijay loves his sister but doesn't know how to show affection yet...though he did kiss her in this picture. Most often, however, he likes to rub his head against hers or pull on her hair. He even poked her eye few times. We do have some videos that we will post soon.

Wow!! You're family is growing so fast!! Thanks for the comment to the blog. At this point, I've read up on the procedure and watched a video, but I really don't know what questions to ask. I do have some questions for my doctor regarding anesthesia, hospital process, etc, but I'm sure when it's all done and over I'm sure there will be some things I wish I knew beforehand. So any advice or tips, things you wish you knew would be immensely helpful. Because I just don't know what to ask. I have had minor abdominal surgery before, so I am thankful for that little prep of what recovery may be like. But the incisions were definitely not as big as this one is going to be. What a head of hair that girl has! Do you think it might be curly like daddy's (and auntie's)? :)
I would love it if her hair turns curly after few years. For now it is just soft and tiny bit curly. She also has a Mohawk and it looks quite funny :)
I love mohawks on sweet Asian babies. Before you know it that mohawk will be able to go "Boo style" like our Katie. :-)
