First Father's Day! We celebrated with getting up very early and going to church to be there by 7:30 AM because Cameron sang in a men's quartet. From there we went to JC Penny to get our first family portrait (with a coupon and a gift card :) ); we were there until 3 PM and ended up eating at the mall. I will post the link as soon as I get it so that you can enjoy or order pictures if you like. We came home and put Vijay down for his nap and watched 'Rudy' (very appropriate for Father's Day). Vijay woke up just when we finished the movie and we sat on the stairs outside our apartment to enjoy some fresh evening air (above picture).
Did you check the Steinmeyers' blog recently? They have wonderful news to share :) Anyways, we took dinner over on Friday evening and then went for a walk at Bridgeport, a nearby community with a man-made lagoon that runs the entire length...lots of "waterfront property." Luke was pretty excited about the ducks and it is very cute to hear him call Vijay's name ("Jay"). It was a fun time of celebrating their good news and catching up.
Vijay started eating little pieces of bread from his tray from last Wednesday (11th). He is not very good at it but he manages to get them into his mouth. I have a video but the blogger didn't upload it. :(
Anita visits me every week almost and we enjoy hanging out and sipping our coffee. She is a dear sister in Christ. I met her three years ago at TMC. I barely knew her when she offered to do flowers for my wedding. What a blessing she has been since then.
Vijay and Luke wearing matching outfits! Sarah already put some pictures on her blog and this is the only one that turned out good among the standing ones from my camera. Sarah and I enjoy some fun time every Wednesday with our little boys. Thanks Sarah for your willingness to visit me.

All good pictures! I was just thinking (as I saw the cute picture of Vijay and Luke's matching outfits) that Vijay is catching up on Luke and does not look like he was born premature. How much does he weight now?
Vijay looks like in a little boy in the picture with Cameron. Maybe it's his hair in that picture! I agree with Danyelle, Viajy looks like he has grown so much. He looks the same size as Luke!
Yup! Vijay is a big boy and it is getting hard to pick him up and put him down :)Last time I weighed him he was 21 pounds.
