Summer fun!

Vijay and I visited Naomi finally after a long time and enjoyed an afternoon just hanging out with her. Of course, Vijay fussed to nap but he eventually slept for an hour.

Naomi always captures good pictures of us. Here we are enjoying some cool breeze in the grassy area by her condo while she snapped lots of pictures.

We went to Corona for a friend's wedding on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend and later to Irvine for the reception. Enjoyed the company of the Steinmeyers and the Tuckers and ate some delicious food too. Vijay did very well during our entire trip. We went to Church early the next day so Cameron could fill in for holiday absentees in the choir. Then we had a busy Memorial Day. We got to see Moses at LAX for a short time. That afternoon we enjoyed time with our friends from church and enjoyed a delicious dinner and fellowship.

Then we had an unexpected one more day off and we visited with our friends, Sujeet, Leena, Isy and Sujeet's dad in Disneyland. Sujeet and his dad had work to do so they offered their tickets to us for the second day, so we enjoyed spending time with Leena and Isy in Disneyland. We went on couple of simple rides and watched the Pixar Parade.

Naomi stopped by on Thursday and on the spot we made plans of dinner together. So we went shopping at Trader Joe's and made dinner and enjoyed some time together enjoying good food and catching up. Nathan and Naomi offered to babysit Vijay while Cameron and I went to see Prince Caspian. What a disappointment it was! It didn't stay with the book for the most part :( Of course Vijay knows when his parents are gone, so he gave Naomi some trouble and didn't want to sleep right away, but she took care of him very well and I'm thankful for her love and friendship.
