"A friend who sticks closer than a [sister]" Pro. 18:24

The Brinkley family is moving back to their hometown in Washington State. I am trying not to think about it too much because it will make me very sad. We have been making the best of opportunities to hang out and spend time. So we had them over for dinner on the 21st and enjoyed an evening together. There is no doubt that we will keep in touch after they leave but I will sure miss her visits and our times together. She has been a faithful friend all these years and we both have learned a lot from our experiences as roommates. Faithful friendships are from the Lord and what comfort it is to have a faithful friend like Georgia. Pictures are a great reminder of good memories. So here are some of them:

Here is a picture of us in 2002 on March 31, a day before her birthday in our old Oaktree Apartment.

Just hanging out !

Celebrating Georgia's b'day with Susan and Aya in our condo on Lyons (Sorry Georgia, I couldn't find a better picture than this).

At Casa de Brasa with Gayle, Shawdi, Geogia, Kristy, Xiaxuan, Aya, Joanna and Kristin.

We graduated together in May 2005

Celebrating Aya's b'day in California after she left to Japan.

Our little boys meeting for the first time. :)

It was nice to see some of the fun times that you girls have had! Moving away from friends (or having friends move away) is just hard! That has by far been the hardest part about moving to Texas! I am so thankful for the internet and Skype that help make you feel closer!
