SOME of you have been hinting that you'd like to see some newer pics of the little guy. Well, here they are, starting from the most recent and going backward (kinda like how a blog is supposed to have the most recent stuff at the top)...and there's a bonus at the end...
And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. 2 Cor. 3:18

The Savage Indian Family Poster Boy
Vijay has become an active little guy in the past couple of months. He talks all the time, with even some cute polysyllabic gibberish coming out of his mouth at times. :D Sometimes it even sounds a little like singing. :) He still doesn't like his tummy time, but he loves to stand (until his parents' arms are about to fall off) and he'll even stand up while leaned against the coffee table (Daddy's hands aren't too far away!). He's even getting better at sitting (in the corner of the couch or in our laps) but he still usually ends up on his face or his side if we aren't there for constant "course corrections." As Vijay approaches his six-month birthday, he's getting longer and longer as the days go by (we look forward to the day we can actually say "taller and taller" :D) and we figure (according to the bathroom scale) that he weighs in between 16.5 and 17 pounds.

These last couple shots are of Vijay wearing his daddy's baby clothes. :) The multicolor knitted blanket in the second shot was his daddy's as well. (Thanks Mom for fixing it!!)

with such great pictures, why have you been holding out? i love his eyebrows!
So fun! LOVE the pictures! He's such a cutie!
He is getting so big!! What a handsome little guy ;) Thanks for the video. I loved watching him, and seeing how he acts, since I haven't had the chance to meet him yet :(
Well isn't he a little talkative fellow, eh? The nickname "Pumpkin" reminds me so much of Trent & Sherri Means! Ahh, happy memories :)
Between your last post and this one Vijay has changed so much. He looks so grown up in his bouncy swing, talking away without a care in the world. He's very, very cute and doing so well to stand up against things. Thanks for the pictures; don't make it so long next time between posts. =)
