First Appointment with the Doctor

Cameron and I met with my doctor for the first time today. He explained a little bit about preeclampsia worries. He says that I don't have preeclampsia but from the ultra-sound report, he said I have a notched uterine artery which might cause preeclampsia in the future. He said it is not something to worry about but I do need to take baby aspirin every day until 32 weeks and get two extra hours of rest. According to him, the possibility of preeclampsia because of the notched uterine artery is very rare and only read in books as a theory. Baby's heart beat is 150 per minute, my blood pressure is normal and I still weighed 100 pounds. Sugar levels are little high but that is because I ate just before my appointment. Also as a precautionary measure with my previous infection, he said they will have to put me on antibiotics (through IV) during labor. I have another appointment with him in three weeks.

Hello C&J,

Your mom was telling me about your blog site a few days a go. I had a spare moment and I thought I would try to locate it. Well here I am. Great site. Hope all is going well with you two. Take care and God Bless.
